    Account Activation

    1. Check Your Email: You’ll receive an activation link at the email address provided in your contract.
    2. Click to Activate: Follow the link in your email to set up your account credentials.
    3. Create Your Password: Choose a secure password that meets our requirements for your protection.
    4. Complete Your Profile: Add your company information and preferences to customize your experience.
    5. Access Your Dashboard: Once activated, you’ll have immediate access to your client dashboard where you can track progress, communicate with your team, and manage your project.

    The activation link will expire in 7 days for security purposes. If you don’t complete activation within this timeframe, please contact your project manager for assistance.

    Cancellation Process

    If you choose to cancel your subscription during your active contract period, the remaining balance for all months in the contract will be due in full at the time of cancellation. This ensures we can honor our commitment to the resources allocated to your project.

    After Contract Expiration

    Once your initial contract term expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a month-to-month agreement. Should you wish to cancel at this stage, we require 30 days’ advance written notice prior to your next billing date. This notice period allows us to properly close your account and provide any necessary data transfers.

    To initiate a cancellation, please submit your request in writing to your account manager or through our client portal. Our team will guide you through the process and ensure a smooth transition.

    We value your business and welcome the opportunity to discuss your needs if you’re considering cancellation. Many clients find that adjusting their service level is an effective alternative to complete cancellation.
