Color
Palette

In enterprise software, a simplified palette is a strategic asset. The VLUNTR system pairs trustworthy neutrals with precisely calibrated accents that signal action without undermining credibility.

Neutrals anchor the experience in reliability — critical when users are sharing personal availability or engaging with community data.

User Research
& Personas

Two primary archetypes identified: the Spontaneous Helper and the Community Organizer — each with distinct motivations, pain points, and behavioral triggers.

VLUNTR user persona infographic: the Spontaneous Helper is a busy professional who wants to volunteer without rigid scheduling; the Community Organizer coordinates local events and needs fast, flexible management tools. Each persona includes goals, frustrations, and behavioral indicators.
