Emma Moore, founder of Fundamental (now Pivot True North), sees technology as an asset rather than a crutch. “We are fortunate to have access to vast amounts of information without needing to memorize it,” she explains. “For example, programmers don’t need to retain every line of code—they just need a reference manual. What truly matters are problem-solving skills.”
